Welcome to Denise Elliott State Farm Insurance! I have offices both in Bayfield and Durango, CO. We have been helping our customers in the local community with their insurance needs since 1980! We are able to assist with the insurance needs of our customers living in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Michigan, and North Carolina! If you live in Bayfield, Aztec, Ignacio, Silverton, Dolores, Telluride, Ouray, Mancos, Hermosa, Pagosa Springs, or anywhere in between, we can give you a hand!

My dedicated team enjoys helping our Good Neighbors and are more than happy to discuss the various insurance options available to you. They are experienced in Auto, Homeowners, Life & Health Insurance as well as Financial Services. In addition, they can assist with Motorcycle, Boat, and even Pet Insurance. We also offer free quotes on Small Business and Commercial Insurance!

As a State Farm office, we have been awarded with several accolades, including: Lifetime Million Dollar Round Table Agent, Lifetime President's Club, Ambassador Club Qualifier since 1996, and Crystal Excellence. I am active in the community as a member of the Bayfield and Durango Chamber of Commerce and the Durango Board of Realtors as an Affiliate member. I was also a prior board member of Women's Resource Center. Receiving my B.S. from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, I went on to teach high school in Omaha. In addition I worked with IBM in the Office Products Division in Coral Gables Florida before becoming a State Farm agent in Florida in 1980.

My tenure with State Farm also includes Agency in Florida, upper Management in California, and an officer in the Company. This experience allows me to understand the needs of the customer and allows me to have the correct communication with the company.
